Monday on "The Talk" Scott Foley discusses his character Nick Blackburn in his new dramedy "The Big Leap." "I get to play a jerk, which I kind of like and my wife thinks it's perfect for me." Sheryl Underwood asks, "Is your character on this show a good guy or a bad guy?" "I don't think we have to define good guy or bad guy," Foley responds. "He's a good guy most of the time, but he's gotta get the job done and sometimes that can hurt feelings." 'Are we [going] to see some dance moves, Amanda Kloots asks.
