Taraji P. Henson, for the second time this week, was seen in a pair of Roger Viver pumps while promoting her new book “You Can Be a Good Friend (No Matter What!)” on “Good Morning America” early Tuesday morning.
This time, the “Empire” actress went for a pair of the I Love Viver bow pumps in a light blue colorway. These pumps are specifically characterized by their medium-sized bow embellishment on the upper region of the shoe, which sits atop a triangular toe box. Crafted with leather, the pumps also feature a slingback strap that sits around the ankle and is completed by a slender heel that clocks in at roughly 4 inches.
Henson paired her pumps with a black blazer, and black trousers accentuated by large black belt wrap. She accessorized her outfit with small earrings and a bag from Kate Spade. Earlier this week, the star attended the 77th Annual Tony Awards held in New York in a pair of metallic gold pumps from the brand that featured glittering mirrored gold uppers accompanied by sharp triangular toes and 2 to 3 inch stiletto heels.
The style was in the range of what she has been wearing in-terms of footwear recently. Ahead of the Met Gala last month, the “Baby Boy” actress was seen in a pair of Embellished Strap Pointed-Toe mules from Charles and Keith. Crafted with a PU upper and a synthetic outsole, the shoes were designed in a mule shape, and consisted of a triangular-shaped toe box.
Additional features included a bedazzled strap in the mid-foot and a medium-sized heel estimated to be between 3 and 4 inches in height.
Released today, Henson’s book “You Can Be a Good Friend (No Matter What!)” shows kids the great things that can happen when we approach others and ourselves with empathy, patience and love. The book also promotes developing good social skills and embracing mental wellness.
