Taylor Swift Fans Can't Get Over Paul McCartney Experiencing 'Beatlemania -Type Fervor' From the Eras Tour Audience
Taylor Swift fans are loving how the tables have turned for Paul McCartney, with the Beatles member enjoying the pop singer's concert in London, England, as a member of the energetic and devoted audience.
One fan shared a clip of McCartney vibing and dancing with Swifties as Swift played the song "But Daddy I Love Him" from The Tortured Poets Department, with the 82-year-old slowly moving through the crowd with a smile on his face.
A few people pointed out the fact that McCartney is one of the few people in the world to experience the same sort of fanaticism as Swift during the height of The Beatles' fame, leading to the invention of the term "Beatlemania."
"Paul getting to experience beatlemania-type fervor but from the audience must be sooo fun for him," said a Swiftie who wondered how McCartney must've felt experiencing the extreme love for Swift as a member of the audience.
A fan replied, "My dad was a kid in that era of Beatlemania and he said that's the closest thing he can think of to compare it to. She's literally as big as the Beatles," sharing her father's firsthand experience seeing both celebrities at their most popular.
"Such a cute insight ??????," wrote a different Swiftie, while another said, "I didn’t think of that and now i’m bawling."
Others were just jealous of the fans who got to dance with McCartney at the show, with many calling it "iconic" and saying things like, "Dancing with Paul McCartney to Taylor swift is goals."
But McCartney wasn't the only major star at Swift's shows in London. Among other guests who came to see the singer were Prince William and his kids, Sophie Turner, Hugh Grant, Bridgerton's Nicola Coughlan, Salma Hayek, and more.
Along with the numerous stars in the audience, Swift's final London show also featured her boyfriend Travis Kelce's stage debut in a moment that fans aren't likely to forget anytime soon.
