Which of Taylor Swift's famous friends have been to RI? Here's a list

WESTERLY – It's dizzying keeping up with the lives of the rich and famous.

And even more so when that rich, famous person is megastar, and billionaire, Taylor Swift.

But when she's in Rhode Island, at her home in Watch Hill, that's when her life has – or at least potentially has – an impact on Rhode Islanders. She's buying stuff (potentially), she's visiting shops (potentially), there might be extra traffic in town as gawkers try to catch a glimpse.

And it's not just Swift they are trying to see – she has a tendency to bring her famous friends into town for parties. For instance, on Aug. 24, paparazzi captured photos of football stars Travis Kelce, Jason Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, as well as actors Ryan Reynolds and Bradley Cooper, and model girlfriend Gigi Hadid – all in town purportedly celebrating the birthday of actress Blake Lively, a longtime Swift pal who turned 37 on Aug. 25.

For some of them, it wasn't their first trip to Watch Hill. Here's a list of celebs who've visited Swift in Rhode Island.

Blake Lively

Fresh off rumors of bad blood on the set of her latest movie, "It Ends With Us" and drama swirling over whether Lively has downplayed the very serious domestic violence plotline, Lively was in town for her birthday weekend. But she's definitely visited Rhode Island before, having been snapped sitting on hubby Ryan Reynolds' lap during a visit in 2016.

Ryan Reynolds

See above. As the husband of one of Swift's best friends, the "Deadpool" star has also visited multiple times. He's obviously very close with the singer, too – he recently revealed that Swift is a godmother to his children.

Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper

Swift and the model have been friends for at least a decade, according to People magazine, and routinely say nice things about each other publicly. Hadid even joined Swift on stage once in Detroit for a catwalk during her performance of "Style." Last year, Swift even played Cupid, offering her Rhode Island home to Hadid and her new beau, Bradley Cooper, to have some alone time away from the glare of the cameras in New York City.

Ed Sheeran

Swift's friend and collaborator Sheeran has joined some of her epic Fourth of July parties – including one at which he wore a British redcoat. In fact, the 2015 party was one of his first dates with now-wife Cherry Seaborn, according to People.

Selena Gomez

The actress and fellow singer was spotted at Swift's 2023 Fourth of July party. The pop stars first met when they were each dating one of the Jonas brothers, back in 2008, according to People. Gomez has performed on a couple of Swift's tours and appeared in the "Bad Blood" video.

The Haim sisters

The band ? made up of sisters Danielle, Este and Alana Haim ? has also performed on multiple Swift tours. “She has always put her friends before herself in every situation,” Alana told People. “She’s the kind of friend that checks up on us for weeks after a tough breakup and is a shoulder to lean on.”

Cara Delavigne and Karlie Kloss

Swift posted photos to Instagram from her Fourth of July party in 2016, which featured Swift, Kloss and Delavigne, along with other gal pals, in the water off Watch Hill.

Ruby Rose and Uzo Aduba

One of the other women in the ocean photo from 2016 was actress Ruby Rose, from "Orange is the New Black." Rose's "Orange" co-star joined Sheeran in singing at the 2016 bash.

Calvin Harris

Swift's now-ex-boyfriend snapped some of the photos of the singer and her pals that made it to Instagram, so we know he was on the property.

Tom Hiddleston

Also a Swift ex-boyfriend, Hiddleston was famously snapped wearing a "I [heart] TS" T-shirt during a swim outside her Watch Hill mansion.

Travis Kelce

Kelce, Swift's newest beau and a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, made time to visit Rhode Island before his season opener. He brought along his brother, former Eagles player Jason Kelce, and his wife, Kylie.

Patrick and Brittany Mahomes

Travis Kelce's teammate, Patrick, the Chiefs' QB, and his wife also attended the late August shindig. The two couples have been spotted together on multiple occasions, and Brittany has joined Swift and some of her other gal pals for dinners out. In fact, Patrick and Brittany joined Kelce in Amsterdam for one of Swift's "Eras" tour stops.
