Taylor Tomlinson is bringing her tour to Des Moines for a two-night special
Comedian Taylor Tomlinson has announced the first leg of her stand-up "Save Me" tour and she's making a two-day stop in Des Moines.
This will be some of Tomlinson's most personal material to date, according to a news release, as she dives into deconstructing her faith, exploring her sexuality and more.
Who is Taylor Tomlinson?
Tomlinson is just finishing up headlining the seventh highest-grossing comedy tour of 2023 as the only woman to break into the Top 10.
She has released three hour-long specials for Netflix: "Quarter-Life Crisis" (2020), "Look At You" (2022), and "Have It All" (2024). Tomlinson is also the only female late-night host on network television and can be found on "After Midnight" on CBS, weekdays at around 11:30 p.m. here in Iowa.
When will Taylor Tomlinson be in Des Moines?
Tomlinson will be at the Des Moines Civic Center for two nights in a row: Friday, Oct. 11 and Saturday, Oct. 12, 2024. Friday's show is at 7 p.m. and the Saturday show is at 8 p.m.
Des Moines is slated to be the second stop after the tour, following Buffalo, New York.

Tickets will be available for presale on Thursday, July 25 at 10 a.m. and for general sale on Friday, July 26 at 10 a.m. at dmpa.org.
