Eye-popping color
So what makes this 4K TV so special? It has a gigantic 55-inch LED 4K display with Ultra HD resolution at 2160p. Simply put, colors are spectacular and black levels are dark—no murkiness here. Also on board: HDR settings (High Dynamic Range) for a theater-like vibe.
“The picture quality is awesome and it has some pretty great screen savers,” raved a five-star fan. I wasn't expecting the sound to be as great as it is and I can use my Alexa to control some of the functions...I have been watching a lot more movies since I got it because it feels like a theater experience.”
It’s the perfect size for any room in the house. Trust us, it’s big enough.
Roku built-in
Want to stream The Wizard of Oz for family movie night? There’s built-in Roku (no need to hook up a separate box or stick), so you’ll get more than 500,000 video streaming channels, including all of the usual suspects like Netflix, Disney+, HBO, Prime Video and Hulu. The TV comes with three HDMI ports to connect a Blu-ray player, video game console and soundbar for deeper and richer audio.
“I was unsure about getting a Roku TV but I must admit that it's my new favorite type,” shared a Walmart reviewer. “To set it up was super easy—you just plug it in and it tells you what to do...I also like that you can use the Roku app on your phone as the remote.”
The 4K TV is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, so instead of scrolling through a grid of icons trying to find something to watch, you can use one of the voice assistants (via Google Nest Mini) instead. Just say something like, ‘Hey Google, play The Wizard of Oz’ and you’ll be magically whisked away to the Yellow Brick Road.
“What an amazing TV,” added another five-star reviewer. “I was blown away by the theater-like sound quality. No need for a soundbar or speakers...And the colors are really vibrant. It's exactly what you would like in a TV.”
And with a crystal-clear picture that makes you want to curl up and watch the longest movie you can, it brings new meaning to the phrase: ‘There’s no place like home.’
