The Team Races to Save Mel After She Is Kidnapped on the Season Finale of 'The Equalizer'
How many fans of The Equalizer were happy to see last week's episode? The will-they-or-won't-they dance between Dante (Tory Kittles) and Robyn (Queen Latifah) reached a boiling point and the two finally kissed! Was it worth the wait? This fan says a resounding, "Yes!" What happened in last week's episode of The Equalizer?
In "The Big Take," last week's penultimate episode of The Equalizer, a conman (Berto Colon) from Dante’s past attacks a prison transport. As McCall and the team race to take him down, Dante is put in harm's way. Meanwhile, Aunt Vi (Lorraine Toussaint) and Dee’s (Laya DeLeon Hayes) girls’ trip is suddenly derailed when they find a woman squatting in their home, and Harry (Adam Goldberg) risks his relationship with Mel (Liza Lapira) when Fisk (Donal Logue) pulls him deeper into his secret mission.
But let's talk about the biggest thing that happened in this episode - Marcus and Robyn finally kissed! This episode was Tory Kittles' favorite episode of the season and now we can see why!

What happens in this week's episode of The Equalizer?
In "Shattered," we join Marcus and Robyn in their post-kiss glow as they go on their first date. Of course, things don't stay as perfect as a Hallmark movie. Mel is kidnapped by a member of her veteran support group and his older brother and the team races against the clock to save her. Meanwhile, Dante is offered a position with a federal task force in Los Angeles. Will he take it and leave his burgeoning relationship with Robyn behind? Or does he decide to not uproot his family and see where things head with McCall?
