'Teen Mom 2' producers forced to call police in never-before-seen footage
MTV aired a special treat for Teen Mom lovers Monday night by showing the biggest behind-the-scenes moments from Teen Mom 2. One particular incident was when Jenelle Evans and her now husband David Eason were leaving a taping that Janelle no longer wanted to take part in. At first the producers were trying to get Evans to stay for the sake of the shoot, but their concerns soon turned elsewhere. Evans had her son Jace, whom she did not have legal custody of, in the car with her as she tried to leave. The producers pleaded with her to stay because they didn’t want to have to call the police on her. Security guards and producers tried blocking the Uber from leaving but eventually Evans and Eason got away and producers decided to call the cops.
Evans, Eason, and drama seemed to be a common theme throughout the behind-the-scenes show. Something fans didn’t see when Evans and Eason’s wedding aired was a guest being asked to leave for using offensive language in front of children. Naturally, he didn’t go quietly.
And then there was the time Evans was so opposed to shooting with her mom that she removed all of the car cameras and handed them to producers. Ya know, because it’s the cameras that are the problem.
Teen Mom 2 airs Mondays at 9 p.m. on MTV.
