Lowell also clarified that she is not going to a rehab facility on Twitter, but would not divulge why she is seeking help. On the past season of Teen Mom OG, the mother of two struggled with postpartum depression.
Her husband and longtime love, Tyler Baltierra, also opened up on Twitter about his wife’s difficult decision to leave home. After co-star Amber Portwood reached out to the pair, offering her love, Baltierra replied, “We love ya too Amb…its just hard to see her go through all this & be away from her for so long.”
Portwood, who previously struggled with substance abuse and spent a stint in jail to help stay clean, replied, “@TylerBaltierra @CatelynnLowell I know babe you will see her soon and I’m coming out in a couple weeks. Stay strong. Love you.”
