However, she reveals that she “never dated” prior to her relationship with Hardrict, joking that her Sister, Sister character “Tia Landry got more dates than Tia Mowry.”

“I had no experience when it came to dating,” she explains and later tells her former Sister, Sister TV mother Jackée Harry, “I just put my foot, like just tiptoe into dating, and I quit.”

Jackée responds with some motherly advice, saying, “You gotta be out there and have fun. It's hunting season, child. Let me tell you.”

Tia wastes no time getting in on the fun as she seen having a girls night out — complete with a strip tease from a male dancer — in Las Vegas. “What I've learned is just let go,” she shares.

She then asks a potential new suitor, “You want me to kiss you?” before giving him a smooch on the cheek.

The actress announced in April that she's filming a new reality TV series that will provide “unlimited access to behind-the-scenes goings-on” of her “multifaceted life," and she later told PEOPLE that authenticity is a core theme of the upcoming show.

"What I love about it is that it's about inspiring women, people in general, when it comes to their transitions in life," Mowry said on the red carpet at the BET Awards on June 30.

"It's very raw, honest, there's lots of tears. There's lots of laughter. There's lots of fun," she also teased of Tia Mowry: My Next Act, which she says she's "been filming" and will "come out this fall."

Mowry's divorce from Cory Hardrict — which was finalized in April 2023, six months after the couple announced their split — will also be explored in the series, as she learns to be single.

"I mean, I'm all about being authentic. And I've showcased some of my feelings and my emotions on social media, whether that was Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, but there's nothing like a reality show," she said.

"[The show will] basically dive in and show the world who I am as a person. And I really wanted to do this to share my story," she continued. "I feel like a lot of people were creating narratives without knowing a story and understanding me and understanding my feelings. And this is my opportunity to use that platform to share my truth."
