Tiffani Thiessen Fights the Heat With a Cold Plunge in Black Swimsuit

Tiffani Thiessen is taking the plunge—the cold plunge, that is—and what better time to do so than amid the blistering heat of summer?

The Saved by the Bell alum took to Instagram Stories on Tuesday, June 25 to share that she was doing a cold plunge in honor of a friend's birthday.

While rocking a black swimsuit and sunglasses, Thiessen posed alongside three of her pals outdoors at a location tagged as Ice Pass L.A., a cold plunge and sauna at Paradiso Crossfit Gym in Venice, Calif.

In the shot, the actress joyfully threw up a peace sign as her group of buddies gathered close, smiling wide for the camera.

The happy sighting is likely refreshing for fans, as the 50-year-old has been grieving a beloved family member.

In May, Thiessen shared the saddening news that her father had passed away. "My Dad was a lover of many things. Animals, plants, chocolate, jazz, anything citrus, lottery tickets, cars, watches, stray dogs & cats and good Italian pasta. But what he loved most was his family," she wrote in a heartwarming tribute at the time, before adding that "he truly had a heart of gold."

The White Collar star's announcement gave insight that despite being "heartbroken," she feels a bit of solace knowing that her dad is "at peace now," which brings her "comfort." She also promised to "watch over" her mother and care for her as her father did for "over 60 years."
