The tribe has spoken: "Survivor" season 45 continues this Wednesday after last week's episode, “I Don’t Want to Be the Worm," which tested how long the castaways can run on empty before prioritizing sustenance.

The series kicked off Sept. 27 with 18 castaways – 17 new contestants and one returning player – all vying for the $1 million cash prize and the title of Sole Survivor.

So far, five Sole Survivor hopefuls, four from the original Lulu tribe and one from the original Belo tribe, have been eliminated: 33-year-old therapist Hannah Rose, who quit the show during the season premiere; "Survivor" super fan Brandon Donlon; 28-year-old truck driver Sabiyah Broderick; 35-year-old school principal Sean Edwards, who asked Tribal Council to vote him out; and 23-year-old software developer Brandon "Brando" Meyer.
