Toby Keith tribute concert to be held at Bridgestone Arena

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Country music icons will join together for a concert to honor the life and legacy of Toby Keith, who passed away in February at 62.

Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Ashley McBryde, Parker McCollum, Jelly Roll, Darius Rucker, Carrie Underwood, Lainey Wilson, The War And Treaty and more will perform at Bridgestone Arena on Monday, July 29.

Tickets for “Toby Keith: American Icon” go on sale this Friday, June 28 on Ticketmaster at 10 a.m.

A portion of the ticket sales will benefit The Toby Keith Foundation’s OK Kids Korral, a cost-free home for families of children dealing with critical illnesses, and will go towards Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.

In 2022, the country star revealed that he had privately been battling stomach cancer and was receiving treatment. He is a member of the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame and was accepted the inaugural Country Music Icon award at the People’s Choice Country Awards in Nashville in September 2023.
