'Today With Hoda and Jenna' Reveals Catchy New Theme Song That Will Be 'Stuck' in Your Head

It's an all new beginning for Today With Hoda & Jenna.

On Wednesday, Sept. 4, the morning show debuted a brand new opening which featured a super upbeat song performed by Meghan Trainor (who co-wrote the tune with her brother, Justin Trainor).

The track's lyrics capture the fun-loving tone of the show perfectly.

“You better start today/ Hoda and Jenna, Hoda and Jenna/ It’s the only way/They make you feel like everything’s OK/ And put a smile up on your face/ Let’s celebrate/ Hoda and Jenna.”

While the song played, images of Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager flashed on-screen, including Hoda in a red dress superimposed over the crowd at 30 Rock and Jenna wearing purple and holding a stack of books while surrounded by cowboy hats. At one point, the duo came together to make a heart with their hands; Hoda then smiled while holding a parasol in New Orleans-themed colors. Jenna could also be seen applying lip gloss before she and Hoda posed with their coffee mugs.

"This will be stuck in our heads until further notice — thank you @meghantrainor for singing our amazing new show open! ??" the caption on the post debuting the catchy bop read.

Fans were clearly feeling the new sound with comments like "obsessed," "Love it!" and "New bop unlocked" pouring in.

While Hoda and Jenna have been co-hosting the fourth hour of Today since 2019, this is apparently the first time their segment's opener has been revamped since 2022.

Trainor, who joined Hoda and Jenna for their first live show, actually debuted the new jingle in a video message in April to celebrate the pair's fifth anniversary as co-hosts.

“I love you girls so much,” she said in the video. “The best part of my New York trips is when I get to see you.”
