While a lot of people know of Tom Cruise's daughter Suri with ex-wife Katie Holmes, his two adopted children— daughter Isabella "Bella", 31, and son Connor, 29, whom he shares with ex-wife Nicole Kidman—are less recognizable because they are rarely spotted in public.
But recently, a photo taken last December of Cruise with his two children started gaining attention, as many realized that it was reportedly the first time the trio has been publicly photographed since 2009, although the kids occasionally share updates on social media.
Bella and Connor were photographed with Cruise and a bunch of other people while attending a Tampa Bay Lightning hockey game and meeting with former NFL player Derrick Brooks.
In the snap, Cruise stood at the front with his arm around Brooks, with Connor standing on the former football player's other side. Bella could be seen smiling at the camera as she stood a few people behind her brother.
"Good Evening, Wow, look who stopped by my office before our @tblightning game tonight! @tomcruise. I was a little star struck but played it cool and He said he was too! ????," read Brooks' caption.
Kidman and Cruise were married in 1990 and they adopted Bella in 1992 after difficulties with fertility. Connor joined the family in 1995. The couple then got divorced in 2001, and since then, Cruise has allegedly maintained a closer relationship with their kids than Kidman.
After their divorce, Kidman went on to marry husband Keith Urban in 2006, and they have two daughters together, Sunday and Faith, who were born in 2008 and 2010, respectively.
As for Cruise, he married Holmes in 2006 after a high-profile courtship and they welcomed their daughter Suri the same year. Since splitting in 2012, Cruise reportedly has no contact with Suri, who just turned 18 in April.
