Tommy James, The Ten Tenors and more: 4 shows to see in the Coachella Valley this week
HOT PICK

Rock: Do you enjoy Joan Jett's “Crimson and Clover”? Did you start hanging out at the mall after seeing Tiffany’s music video for “I Think We’re Alone Now?” Rocked out to Billy Idol doing “Mony Mony?” You may or may not know those songs were rock ‘n’ roll hits by Tommy James and the Shondells.
Many of the songs performed by James and Shondells were recorded by other artists during the late 1980s and early 1990s, and James has kept the band going even though several members have come and gone over the years.
