What it took for Michael B. Jordan to be buff: No social life
Michael B. Jordan visited The Ellen DeGeneres Show and revealed what it takes to be as buff as he is in movies like Creed and the upcoming Black Panther. He said, “So, I would work out two to three times a day. I’d eat six times a day.”
On top of that, he said that he would drink a gallon and a half of water each day. This all meant a lot of bathroom trips and very little social life.
He said it made it hard for him to socialize when he had to constantly pop food in the microwave.
Luckily for fans of Michael B. Jordan physique, he’s continuing his hard work to shoot Creed 2.
