The ‘Top Chef: Wisconsin’ finale airs tonight. Here’s what to expect.

They’ve cooked supper-club fare, hosted a cheese festival, honored Indigenous foodways and created pure chaos in the kitchen, and tonight, after 13 weeks of grueling competition, one of three talented chefs will earn the title of Top Chef.

The finale of “Top Chef: Wisconsin” airs tonight on Bravo at 8 p.m. and while there are sure to be plenty of surprises in store (will chef Dan Jacobs bring the title home to Milwaukee?!), there are a few things we know to expect from the finale episode.

Who are the finalists on ‘Top Chef: Wisconsin’?

After contestant Laura Ozyilmaz was eliminated from the finals last week, the three finalists are Danny Garcia of New York City, Dan Jacobs of Milwaukee and Savannah Miller of Durham, North Carolina.

Garcia has been a frontrunner in the competition from the beginning, racking up six challenge wins. Jacobs has been a steady competitor throughout the season, winning three challenges and placing low just twice. Miller has had a late-season hot streak coming into the finale, with five challenge wins — all of them coming in the past four weeks of competition.

What will the challenge be on the finale of ‘Top Chef: Wisconsin’?

Garcia, Jacobs and Miller will be tasked to create the “best four-course progressive meal of your life.”

They’ll serve their dishes to host Kristen Kish, judges Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons and a host of special guest judges, including “Top Chef: Canada” host David Zilber, restaurateur Bricia Lopez, chef Carrie Nahabedian, chef Justin Pichetrungsi and chef/restaurateur/TV star Emeril Lagasse.

The finalists will be able to select one sous chef to help prepare their dishes from a pool of recently eliminated “Top Chef: Wisconsin” contestants: Amanda Turner, Michelle Wallace, Soo Ahn, Manny Barella, Laura Ozyilmaz and Kaleena Bliss.

Where will the ‘Top Chef: Wisconsin’ finale challenge take place?

The chefs will cook their final dishes aboard the Holland America cruise line’s Eurodam ship, which will be docked in Aruba for the Elimination Challenge.

What will the ‘Top Chef: Wisconsin’ champion win?

The contestant who is crowned Top Chef will take home $250,000, be featured in Food & Wine magazine and make a special appearance at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Colorado.
