Tori Spelling was out and about in New York City on Sept. 4 elevating a gray patchwork vest and pants set with black patent leather platform shoes.
The “Beverly Hills 90210” star seemed to be wearing a set from Forever 21, including wide-leg pants and a vest, both with a patchwork design showcasing different hues of gray. The vest features two fold-over pocket flaps while the pants have a relaxed slouchy fit; both pants and vest retail for $34.99. She was in town for an appearance on “Good Morning America” for an interview after it was announced that she will be competing on Season 33 of “Dancing With the Stars.”
Spelling appreciates a laid back yet preppy aesthetic like this one — at the iHeart Music Awards this year, she wore a pair of plaid pants with a black crop top and black platform sandal heels. To promote her QVC décor line with Jennie Garth in 2023, she went for a dressier look with a white dress and gold-hued Gucci platform sandals.
Spelling elevated her look on Sept. 4 with a pair of black patent leather platform shoes. While her footwear wasn’t entirely visible, the base of the shoe closely resembled Prada’s Monolith sole; the brand’s design is recognizable for its square relief-style embellishments, which contributed a textured and edgy vibe to Spelling’s outfit. It was unclear if she wore loafers, Oxfords or boots, but one option she might’ve sported is Prada’s Monolith Patent Leather Lace-Up Shoes; they retail for $1,290.
With a long career in entertainment, Spelling has showcased a myriad of fashion trends over the years. For example, she embraced the clear shoe trend which took off in the 1990s; she wore a platform pair of mules with a transparent strap when attending the 1998 Billboard Music Awards.
