With Travis Kelce's new game show debuting soon, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end is sharing how he feels his brother Jason would fare in the competition.

Earlier this year, it was revealed that the three-time Super Bowl champ was tapped to host Prime Video's Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? and he recently opened up about his own academic performance as a youngster.

During an interview with Extra, which was published on Wednesday, Oct. 2, the Catching Kelce alum admitted that he was "one of those kids that tested rather high" in school despite "playing sports more than studying."

As for the elementary school curriculum questions he asks contestants on the show, if he were playing, he'd do best in the "STEM" category—"science, math, things like that."

The NFL star's "very studious" older brother, on the other hand—who recently retired after 13 seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles—would likely hit it out of the park, in Travis' opinion.

"He was an honors student," the 34-year-old told the outlet. "He tested well and all that and everything. He decided to be in all advanced classes. I was like, 'That's too much homework for me.' But yeah... Jason, I think he would do pretty good [on the show]."

"I'll be interested to hear him talk about it when he sees it," Travis added.

With the former pro athlete's schedule seemingly opening up a bit with football out of the picture (though he secured a commentator seat on Monday Night Countdown), maybe the Kelce brothers can make a joint game show moment happen so Travis can really test Jason's academic skills. For now, only time will tell!

Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? premieres on Oct. 16, 2024.
