Travis Scott’s Air Jordan collaborations are among some of the most coveted on the market, and the multifaceted entertainer may have just created the rarest yet.
Hospitality entrepreneur Will Makris shared on Instagram Saturday a first look at a “White Party” Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low. Crafted as an invite gift for mogul Michael Rubin’s annual white party celebration, the collaboration uses the Cactus Jack rapper’s signature reverse-Swoosh low-cut Air Jordan 1 design as its base. Rather than the earth tones usually found on his collaborations, this Travis Scott shoe has been draped in an apropos all-white leather.
Details are subtle yet abundant, with personalization appearing on the insole, inner tongue and metal lace dubrae. With only 350 pairs produced, each shoe is individually numbered on the front of the tongue label. The friends-and-family-exclusive sneakers are housed in a protective hard shell case and come with a note which reads “Don’t puke on these. Not for resale…I know who you are.”
Rubin’s 2024 white party will take place on July 4. The annual event hosted by the Fanatics CEO takes place in the Hamptons and regularly boasts a guest list including some of the biggest celebrities in entertainment and sports. A number of attendees have already received various invites, but it looks like Makris is the first to share the exclusive Air Jordan 1s.
In related news, Travis Scott on June 10 wore an unreleased green colorway of his Jordan Jumpman Jack collaboration to an NBA Finals game.
While readers won’t be able to purchase this Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low, there are more retail pairs expected to be released in ’24 and 2025. Take a closer look at the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low “White Party” exclusive to friends and family below.
