Trisha Yearwood Stuns in New Photos With Husband Garth Brooks for Special Honor
Trisha Yearwood simply glowed in a handful of new snapshots she posed for with her fellow country music star husband, Garth Brooks.
On Aug. 21, the “XXX’s and OOO’s” singer enjoyed a night out with Brooks earlier this week as they attended the ACM Honors, which took place at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn. Yearwood, 59, was among the honorees at this year’s ceremony, where she received an ACM Icon Award.
In a Thursday, Aug 22 post on Instagram in which she reflected on her experience attending the event, Yearwood posed for a trio of photos with Brooks, 62. The couple, who married in 2005, have become one of country music’s favorite duos. Over the years, their PDA-filled photos have prompted some social media users to declare them “major couple goals,” a classification that many fans feel is fitting.
The “I’ll Still Love You More” singer and Brooks stood together dressed in their evening best in the pictures, with Brooks wearing an all-black suit and matching cowboy hat and Yearwood wearing a black dress covered with pink, red and green flower detailing.
The first photo in Yearwood’s three-part Instagram carousel showed the couple posing together while smiling directly at the camera. Yearwood appeared alone in the second photo as she struck a serious and glammed-up pose for the camera, and the two were photographed taking selfies with fans in the third snapshot.
“Last night was iconic! ??,” Yearwood wrote of their time at the ACM Honors. “All I ever wanted to be was a part of the country music community. I’m honored and grateful and so happy that I got to celebrate with my friends and family! Congrats to all of the honorees! ??.”
In the comments, fans showered Yearwood with love and praise, with one writing, "Gorgeous!!!!! The both of you are stunning, beautiful couple, my favorites for sure! Love you, congratulations!!!!!"
Another commented, "Trisha looks like a million bucks, Garth looks good but Trisha is gorgeous!!!"
Meanwhile, someone else declared, "Congratulations you beautiful ICON no one deserves this amazing honor more then you so freaking proud to be a TY fan xoxo."
