The Truth Is Out About Natalia On July 1 General Hospital…All Thanks To Ava
After Sonny threatened to sick his attorneys on Ava on General Hospital, she’ll do whatever she has to do to keep custody of her daughter on the July 1, 2024 episode.
Playing Dirty
After Trina (Tabyana Ali) refused to help Ava (Maura West) get dirt on Sonny (Maurice Benard) for her impending custody battle, she decided to jump to the only information she had. She called DeWitt (Dieterich Gray) -who Nina (Cynthia Watros) is making editor-in-chief at The Invader after Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) quit – and handed over the recording she snagged of Natalia (Eva LaRue) being homophobic.
Remarks like calling the community “flighty” and referring to the LGBTQ+ acronym as “alphabet soup” was enough for DeWitt to immediately publish the information about the new Face of Deception’s mother, presumably Ava’s scheme to either retaliate against Sonny or distract him from seeking custody of Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola).
Breaking News
At Deception, Natalia and Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) met with Lucy (Lynn Herring), Maxie (Kirsten Storms), Lois (Rena Sofer), and Scott (Kin Shriner, who recently appeared in a rare GH scene shared by John Stamos) to go over new contracts. Natalia, of course, had something to say about the contract, and when Maxie’s beeping phone kept interrupting, Maxie informed them she always gets alerts when Deception is in the news.
When Maxie finally checked her notifications, she saw the breaking news about Natalia, uttering an alarming, “Oh my God.” With tomorrow’s teaser showing Blaze confront her mother, it’s only a matter of time before Natalia faces the consequences of her homophobic words.
How do you think Sonny will react to the news story about Natalia? Let us know in the comments.
