TV host, humorist, bestselling author Mo Rocca to come to CCAD on June 25
Wait, wait... don't tell me Mo Rocca is coming to Columbus!
It's true ? Thurber House is welcoming back the popular CBS Sunday Morning correspondent, TV host, bestselling author and frequent panelist on NPR's quiz show "Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me" this summer.
Rocca, who came to town in 2019, is to be in conversation with a moderator (to be announced) at 7 p.m. June 25 in the Joseph V. Canzani Auditorium at Columbus College of Art & Design, 60 Cleveland Ave. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and all seats are first-come, first-served.

The co-author of the New York Times bestseller "Mobituaries," written with Emmy-winning screenwriter and English professor Jonathan Greenberg, Rocca hosts a hit podcast by the same name.
He also hosts The Henry Ford's "Innovation Nation," now in its 10th season on CBS and is the host and creator of "My Grandmother's Ravioli" on the Cooking Channel.
Rocca also was a correspondent for "The Daily Show" from 1998 to 2003 and was a contributor to NBC's "Tonight Show" and CNN's "Larry King Live."
His other books include "All the Presidents’ Pets: The Story of One Reporter Who Refused to Roll Over" and the upcoming "Roctogenarians," co-written with Greenberg. Due out June 11, "Roctogenarians" shares inspiring stories about famous people who made their biggest marks late in life.

After the event, guests can have the chance to ask questions and meet Rocca, take photos with him and have books signed. Books purchased with tickets can be picked up at the event; additional books should be available to purchase. Note that no selfies or selfie sticks are allowed. Thurber House staff is to take photos on attendees' personal cell phones.
There are two ticket options. Option 1 costs $49, which covers the cost of the ticket and fees, admission to the meet-and-greet, plus a signed hardcover copy of "Roctogenarians." Option 2, which has limited availability, costs $35, includes a ticket, fees and admission to the meet-and-greet. To purchase tickets, go to thurberhouse.org.
Some walk-in tickets are to be available at the event while supplies last, but advance purchase is highly recommended.
