Tyra Banks channeled her businesswoman prowess for the 2024 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue launch party, held at the Hard Rock Cafe on Thursday in New York City. On the red carpet, the supermodel posed in a black power suit featuring magenta buttons and lapels.

Banks paired the tailored look with black cigarette pants and pointy-toe pumps.

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue 2024 Launch Party With Brittany Mahomes, Kate Upton, Gayle King & More [PHOTOS]

Banks, who is featured in Sports Illustrated’s annual Swimsuit Issue this year, was the first Black cover star of the magazine’s swimsuit issue in 1996, when she posed alongside Valeria Mazza in South Africa.

The 2024 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue marks the publication’s 60th anniversary. The issue, which will be available on Friday, also features Gayle King, Kate Upton, Chrissy Teigen, Brittany Mahomes, Olivia Dunne and more. Yu Tsai photographed the models.
