From unibrow vows to the pony and puppy procession, everything we know about Kaley Cuoco and Karl Cook's equestrian-themed wedding

Yes, as you probably heard, Kaley Cuoco married her pro equestrian beau, Karl Cook (#KCSquared!), over the weekend. Here’s everything we know about the wedding so far.

Venue: While the first photo The Big Bang Theory actress shared really looked like her fancy private stable (she’s also an equestrian), the wedding actually took place in Rancho Santa Fe in San Diego. Cook’s family — his billionaire father is Intuit co-founder and retired CEO Scott Cook — owns Pomponio Ranch there, founded by his businesswoman mother, Signe Ostby, and Karl operates the performance side of the ranch with Olympic medalist Eric Navet.

So while, yes, there were photos taken in the stable — including one of the newlyweds and another especially cute one of Kaley kissing a horse — and she got ready in the feed room, the grounds are extensive. That allowed for there to be a barn made of string lights, a giant floral horseshoe decoration, and room for many guests. Despite it being Kaley’s second wedding, it was still a big to-do. She joking called the wedding, planned by Lauren Tatum Events, “a little intimate gathering.”

VIP officiant: The pair, who bonded over their mutual love of horses, were married by her sister, Briana Cuoco, who got ordained online for the occasion. (Isn’t the internet amazing?)

Kaley, wearing a lace Reem Acra dress and matching cape for the ceremony, walked down the aisle with her dad, Gary Cuoco, in video captured by her stylist Brad Goreski.

There was a pony and pup procession: Kaley’s love of dogs and horses (and all animals, really) is well known — and Karl has a similar heart. Several of the dogs walked down the aisle — and so did rescued dwarf mini Shmooshy. They hired a pet handler to watch all the animals during the wedding.

The vows: There were tears — and jokes. He made one about Kaley “plucking my unibrow,” saying he knows that it comes “from a place of love.”

The music: New Zealand songstress Gin Wigmore sang Kaley down the aisle.

During the reception, for which Kaley changed into a killer jumpsuit by Tadashi Shoji (she called it “the late night jumpsuit of my dreams”), they danced to everything from Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance with Somebody (Who Loves Me)” to Big & Rich’s “Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy),” during which Kaley made Karl get down on his knees so she could act it out. That video is not to be missed.

The first dance was much tamer.

Video from the dance floor was projected overhead, so guests could also look up to see all the first dances.

Kaley’s sister also serenaded the couple.

Lots of light: As you can see above, Kaley incorporated chandeliers into the decor again. (It wasn’t a wedding cake like last time though.) But check out the walkway into the venue, which was completely made of lights.

That made for pretty amazing photo ops.

Lots of happenings: There was also a fire-breather, cigarette girls (no cigarettes though), and a cigar roller.

There were also treats galore.

Guest list: Several of Cuoco’s TV co-stars made the trip, including her ex-boyfriend Johnny Galecki, who posted an Instagram photo of himself with the happy bride.

Mayim Bialik, Whitney Cummings, and Wil Wheaton also posted from the nuptials.

There was #KCSquared everywhere: On the booze, the bread, on the grass.

The day after: They were in wedded bliss — with matching jackets to prove it.

The coupled started dating in the spring of 2016. They made their first public appearance together that September. Cook popped the question on her birthday in November 2017.

This is her second marriage. She announced she was divorcing former tennis player Ryan Sweeting in September 2015 after less than two years of marriage.
