Venom: The Last Dance Trailer Reactions, Release Date
The Venom: The Last Dance trailer has fans in a frenzy. It also looks like Tom Hardy has a big battle ahead of him.
That’s because the trailer gives us our first look at Knull, the most powerful foe he’s ever faced. It’s a fleeting glimpse, but we see a white-haired figure in a dark cave, who’s later confirmed to be the King in Black.
“What’s his name then?” Hardy’s Eddie Brock asks his symbiote sidekick Venom. “Knull,” Venom whispers. “Knull?” Hardy replies. “No!” says Venom, shushing him. This is clearly a force to be reckoned with.
And for good reason. Knull can create and control eldritch darkness that he calls the ‘living abyss’. He also has superhuman strength, regeneration, flight, and symbiote domination. In shot, that spells bad news for Venom and Eddie. But fans have also spotted some secrets buried in the trailer.
Within Knull’s cave are what look like trapped symbiotes, and one of them could very well be the antagonist of the last movie, Carnage.

There’s a lot of love for the final movie in Venom’s trilogy, which started back in 2018. Other people have brought up Hardy’s “I need him,” line, representing the journey the two have embarked on over six years. This looks like the last dance for the anti-hero, but could we soon see Venom entering the MCU?
As for what follows, Tom Hardy’s next movie after Venom: The Last Dance is with Aaron Taylor-Johnson.
