Versace Takes Over Chateau Marmont, Introduces New Kleio Handbag in Fall 2024 Campaign
After staging its fall 2023 presentation in Los Angeles, Versace returns to Hollywood with its latest campaign. Set at the iconic Chateau Marmont, new imagery for fall 2024 introduces the brand’s Kleio handbag.
After debuting on the runway in Milan earlier this year, the plush leather crossbody is the latest addition to the Medusa ’95 range, which incorporates Versace’s trademark hardware depicting the mythological figure.

Starring models Vittoria Ceretti, Fernando Lindez, Lee Minseok, Hedi Ben Tekaya and Loli Bahia, the campaign was photographed by Mert & Marcus.
“The Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles [is] the perfect place for the Versace clan to hang out,” said the label’s artistic director, Donatella Versace, in a statement. “I love seeing our clothes in action on these amazing models, celebrating their different characters. You know they are having a great time. But like the Chateau, Versace keeps all their secrets.”
Ready-to-wear clothing from the fall 2024 collection is also included in the campaign: shades of red and black, luxurious tweeds and dagger collars are prominent motifs.
Celebrities are already trying out Versace’s fall 2024 collection: Selena Gomez wore a black button-up shift with chiffon panels on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” in June, while Anne Hathaway (who also serves as a Versace brand ambassador) modeled a corseted leather minidress while sitting front row at the label’s February fashion show.
On its fall 2024 runway, Versace also introduced the Protea shoulder bag, which comes in three different sizes and is crafted with the same ultra-soft leather. The fashion house also debuted new Medusa Biggie and Cargo bags for men, releasing seasonal colorways and updated finishes like faux pony hair.
