'Vice Principals' Trailer: Walton Goggins Suits Up for Battle Against Danny McBride
Anyone who saw Justified’s Walton Goggins guest on Community has been waiting to see a trailer for HBO’s new comedy Vice Principals. And finally, it’s here.
The show, which premieres in July, stars Eastbound & Down’s Danny McBride as Neal Gamby, a high school vice principal who assumes he’ll inherit the throne. But cue Goggins’ Vice Principal Lee Russell, with his colorful bowtie-topped ensembles and penchant for epic eye rolls…

While the trailer shows the two going at it in various ways, you also get the impression they might eventually end up working together (perhaps against someone who doubts both their qualifications?).
The series, created by McBride and Jody Hill, co-stars The New Normal’s Georgia King, Devious Maids’ Kimberly Hebert Gregory, and Cougar Town’s Busy Philips.
