Vincent D'Onofrio as 'Daredevil' nemesis Wilson Fisk: First Look

For those wondering if Vincent D’Onofrio would be able to fill Wilson Fisk’s very large shoes on Netflix’s new Daredevil series, the first photo of the actor as the imposing villain should silence any naysayers.

Launching April 10, Daredevil tells the story of Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox), who was blinded as a child, but imbued with extraordinary senses, which help him fight against injustice by day as a lawyer and don the Daredevil costume by night as a crime fighter in Hell’s Kitchen.

Daredevil’s nemesis, Wilson Fisk, plans to save Hell’s Kitchen by any means necessary, no matter the cost. While Fisk truly believes he’s doing good for Hell’s Kitchen—and at times may seem more of a hero to its people than Daredevil—the complex and physically imposing Fisk is the perfect foil for Murdock.
