“Searching For The Ghost” is the song featured in the distinctive opening sequence where the protagonist Shishio Homare, played by Fujioka, pulls out a marker and signs the lens of the camera like a tennis player.
Viewers responded favorably to the teased snippet of the track from the first episode, and the song was released digitally Nov. 4 following the release of the theme song, “Shelly.”
The video for “Searching For The Ghost” visualizes the song’s ominous tone and catchy melody by mysteriously depicting the polyglot actor in a cluttered room flanked by two beautiful women who may or may not really exist, inspired by the keyword “ghost” in the song.
The “History Maker” crooner is set to release a new EP called Shelly, which will include “Searching For The Ghost,” on Dec. 11.
