CMA Fest kicks off today and what better way to start it off than with iconic country legend Dolly Parton. And don't worry if you can't make it, you can watch it live.
Thousands of country music fans are expected to descend on Nashville today for the start of the 51st CMA Music Festival, and even more coming in for the weekend festivities. If you can't make it though you can catch a glimpse of what is happening through several livestreams CMA Fest has set up for the weekend.
Parton will kick-off Fan Fair X on Thursday, June 6, at 10:45 a.m. by giving country music fans all over the world a look into her life and music with a conversation on the CMA Close Up stage. She will be in conversation with Entertainment Tonight co-host Rachel Smith. You can watch it at the link below:
The next four days will see more than 300 artists performing and talking across nine stages downtown.
What is the line up for Fan Fair X, CMA Fest Artist of the Day?
Parton may seem like the highlight to kick off the weekend, but there are plenty of others take the stage as artist of the day. Here's who will be at the CMA Close Up stage through the weekend.
Friday: Cody Johnoson
Saturday: Thomas Rhett
Sunday: Lainey Wilson
And don' worry if you can't make it, Johnson's and Wilson's segment will be lived streamed on their days, and Rhett segment can be found on Amazon Music’s Country Heat Weekly on June 13.
