Watch a Shocking Trailer for 'Fire Country' Season 3 (Exclusive)
When Fire Country Season 3 premieres on CBS next month, the firefighter drama will pick up where Season 2 left off, in the middle of Gabriela's (Stephanie Arcila) wedding to Diego (Rafael de la Fuentes). But this is Fire Country, so there's no getting through an event without an all-hands-on-deck emergency. This trailer—which Parade can exclusively share—reveals that the wedding gets interrupted by a helicopter crashing into the church. The attendees immediately have to deal with this crisis, with Gabriela helping to put out the fire while wearing her wedding dress. There's never a dull moment in Edgewater.
Elsewhere in the trailer, we hear Gabriela confront Bode (Max Thieriot) about walking out of her wedding. In the Season 2 finale, he couldn't take it emotionally, and asked his uncle Luke Michael Trucco to get him into Cal Fire. We also see a brief shot of Manny (Kevin Alejandro) considering the consequences of his legal troubles, and see Bode in action as a full-fledged Cal Fire firefighter. "I can't decide if firefighting is going to save that kid or get him killed," Luke says. For the first two seasons, Fire Country was about Bode seeking redemption. Now, with Bode out of prison, Season 3 is about legacy, as Bode carries on the tradition of Leone firefighters and fights to build his own future.

The trailer also has shots of Vince (Billy Burke) doing some kind of breaking-and-entering, and Bode and Gabriela getting steamy in an Airstream trailer. Gasp! It looks like it's going to be a very exciting season.
Fire Country Season 3's executive producers include creators Thieriot, Tony Phelan, and Joan Rater; showrunner Tia Napolitano; and superproducer Jerry Bruckheimer. New cast members in Season 3 include Leven Rambin (All My Children) as a former fire camp inmate named Audrey, and Jared Padalecki (Supernatural) as Camden Casey, "a SoCal firefighter and maverick with a surfer swagger who is a force to be reckoned with and immediately recognizes Bode’s raw talent."
A Fire Country spinoff called Sheriff Country starring Morena Baccarin as Sheriff Mickey Fox, Bode's aunt, is in the works for a premiere during the 2025-26 season, and a potential second spinoff starring Padalecki's character is being explored.
Fire Country Season 3 premieres Friday, Oct. 18 at 9/8c on CBS. Episodes stream on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with Showtime subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs).
