Watch Tae Lewis' Stunning Playoffs Round Performance of 'Runnin' Outta Moonlight' on “The Voice” (Exclusive)

Tae Lewis knows how to raise the roof.
In an exclusive clip from the Playoffs round on The Voice, premiering with PEOPLE on Friday, Lewis took the stage for a captivating performance of Randy Houser's "Runnin' Outta Moonlight."
After the performance, which had the audience roaring, all of the coaches stood up to give the 32-year-old singer a standing ovation.
"He's trying to tell Dan + Shay, ya'll know what you need to do," coach John Legend says.
"Everyone just leans forward when you walk in the room because they don't know what you're going to do next," coach Reba McEntire adds. "Lives absolutely. That's my vote."
In the Playoffs round, each coach will choose three contestants to advance to the live shows. In Lewis' case, it's up to Dan + Shay.
"This was your most soulful performance," says coach Chance the Rapper. "You were doing the nae nae kind of... halfway around the stage the whole time. I would put him on my live team."
In anticipation of the moment of truth, the "Bigger Houses" singers share their thoughts on the performance.
"You're an amazing tenor vocalist and you really showcased your range in this," Dan Smyers says.
Shay Mooney continues, "I had this fire in my belly... it might have been the tacos I had for lunch but I'm not sure. You were so fantastic man and I'm so proud that you're on team Dan + Shay."
"You said, 'I won't let you guys down. I'll make you proud. And you did not let us down today. You made us damn proud up on that stage," Smyers concludes.

During the Knockouts round, Dan + Shay used their steal to take Lewis from McEntire, 69.
After he was added to team Dan + Shay, he celebrated the news on social media.
"Ya Boy is officially on TEAM @danandshay so glad that @dansmyers & @shaymooney have given me an opportunity to rock it out to the PLAYOFFS with you guys ????????????," he captioned his Instagram post.
