Talk about a stocking stuffer: A bunch of TV celebrities are going to get naked for a good cause this December.
Taye Diggs (All American), James Van Der Beek (Dawson’s Creek), Anthony Anderson (black-ish), Tyler Posey (Teen Wolf), Dancing With the Stars judge Bruno Tonioni and Kansas City Chiefs football player Chris Jones will bare all in Fox’s The Real Full Monty special, airing Monday, Dec. 9, at 8/7c.

Their objective? To “raise awareness for prostate, testicular and colorectal cancer testing and research,” per the event’s official release. The name of the special is, of course, a nod to the 1997 British comedy in which a group of unemployed men (who are decidedly not dancers) form a strip show in order to make some cash. The movie also was the basis for a Broadway musical of the same name.
The special will follow the guys as they train and rehearse for their big number, choreographed by Mandy Moore (So You Think You Can Dance) and performed in front of a live audience. “Along the way,” the release reads, “each of the celebrities will share personal stories of how cancer has impacted their lives.”
