Gillian Jacobs waited this long to get her ears pierced — so why not pull that (piercing gun’s) trigger on national TV?
The “Community” star dropped by “Jimmy Kimmel Live” last night with the unusual (for both a late-night show and a 35-year-old adult) request. Though Kimmel wanted to put the holes in her earlobes himself, ABC’s lawyers wisely stepped in and called a pediatrician.
“That’s good, because I’m a baby,” an absolutely terrified Jacobs quipped when the doctor arrived with her kit.
“I’m mainly scared of this because I saw Kyle Richards’ daughter get her ears pierced on ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,'” Jacobs told Kimmel. “And she started screaming and crying — and then I thought, ‘Maybe it’s not worth doing.'”
“Congratulations on becoming an adult,” Kimmel told his guest after the deed was done.
