Saddle up, folks, we’re heading out west one last* time.

The second half of “Yellowstone’s” fifth and final season is arriving this weekend (Sunday at 10/9c on Paramount Network), nearly two years to the day since the first part debuted. There were numerous, highly publicized reasons for the long delay in production, including scheduling disagreements with Kevin Costner and last summer’s dual strikes. Since the midseason finale aired in early 2023, the Taylor Sheridan drama has officially said goodbye to its Oscar-winning star. It’s unclear what, exactly, happens to the Dutton family patriarch — much about the popular series’ final episodes is being kept under wraps — but it’s bound to be a wild ride, one that you don’t want to miss, thus making “Yellowstone” the awards contender to watch this weekend.

However, if you’re looking to kill some time until returning to Montana, other contenders include:

  • “Arcane”: The second, and sadly also final, season of Riot Games’ Emmy-winning animated series about two sisters (voiced by Ella Purnell and Hailee Steinfeld) on opposite sides of a brewing war returns with new episodes, referred to as Act I, this weekend (Act II and Act III drop on Netflix in subsequent weeks). The action picks up in the wake of the explosive Season 1 finale, which saw Jinx (Purnell) attack the Piltover council, putting yet more distance between herself and Vi (Steinfeld). And it’s only going to get darker as the season progresses towards the series’ conclusion. The first three episodes stream Saturday on Netflix.

  • “Game Changers”: Keeping with the theme of gaming, this new eight-episode docuseries from Discovery offers an inside look at the creation and long-lasting cultural influence of some of the most popular games in history, from original video games like “Pac-Man” and “Sonic the Hedgehog,” to online role-playing games like “World of Warcraft,” to iconic board games like Scrabble. The first two episodes dive into the world of Nintendo and EA Sports, respectively, and are now streaming on Max.

  • “What We Do in the Shadows”: In “Nandor’s Army,” the former general (Kayvan Novak) doesn’t take well to being let go by Guillermo (Harvey Guillén), disappearing to New Hampshire to lick his wounds and raise an army of the disgruntled and unemployed, thereby causing the rest of the vampires to worry about him and his mental state. When their plan to get him to return home fails, it’s Guillermo who comes to the rescue with a little heart-to-heart action in an episode that perfectly showcases the Emmy-winning series’ sense of humor and big heart. The episode is now streaming on Hulu.

*If you don’t count the spin-offs.
