'We were totally surprised': Adam Sandler ate at an Arizona restaurant. Here's what he had
You never know who you'll run into at a restaurant.
Adam Sandler, the former "Saturday Night Live" star and star of films such as "The Waterboy," "Uncut Gems" and "Grown Ups," had dinner Thursday night at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Tucson.
"It was awesome," Brenna Junior, a hostess at the restaurant who was there when Sandler was, said Friday. "We were totally surprised."
In November, the Jersey Shore cast also visited Tucson, possibly to film their show "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation."
It doesn't appear to be Sandler's first visit to Firebirds' Tucson location. There are several social media posts of him at the restaurant in 2018.
"He was great," Junior said of Sandler's visit Thursday. "He took pictures with everybody and he was super respectful."
And for the record, Sandler had ribs.
