The Wharf to kick off summer events this Memorial Day weekend
ORANGE BEACH, Ala. (WKRG) — The Wharf is kicking off summer with a Memorial Day weekend full of celebrations.
According to a release, this Memorial Day Weekend is scheduled to include a concert and fireworks show.

Concert
On Saturday, May 25, the property will host “top country music artist” Cole Swindell. Those who wish to attend Swindell’s concert, which is part of the 2024 C Spire Concert Series, can purchase tickets at The Wharf Box Office or on Ticketmaster’s website.
Red, White + Wharf
The Red, White + Wharf event is set to be the summer kick-off on Monday, May 27, and is planned to continue each Monday as part of the Hot Wharf Summer series, according to the release.
During the event, there will be a variety of kids’ activities, camel rides, a bubble and glow bubble truck, magicians, stilt walkers, balloon artists, face painting and a DJ.
The event features what officials call a “grand fireworks show” at 8:45 p.m. and a SPECTRA Laser Light Experience will immediately follow, according to the release.

Following the Memorial Day kick-off, there will be other events held at the Wharf as part of the Hot Wharf Summer Series, according to the release.
