The woman who went after Kylie Kelce while enjoying a getaway to the Sea Isle City, New Jersey, home she shares with her husband, Jason Kelce, has come forward to issue a public apology.
The enraged fan–who was seen berating the Kelce couple in a now-viral video following a long Memorial Day Weekend getaway to the beachside town–identified herself as Andreé Goldberg in a statement obtained by an ABC local news affiliate.
"In a heated moment, I said things that were out of character for me and that I regret and for that, I am sorry," Goldberg said.
"My anger, and my actions, are not who I am, and certainly not indicative of the welcoming community of Margate. As an adult and proud member of my community, I should have recognized and respected their right to privacy from the onset," she continued. "I am deeply appreciative of the grace and understanding shown to me by the Kelces and wish them nothing but the best."
Before going public with her apology, Goldberg explained to the outlet that she had apologized privately and directly to the Kelce family as well as the Jersey Shore community.
The city's mayor has also apologized to the former Philadelphia Eagles center and his wife.
For those that missed it, Kylie and her recently retired NFL star husband were enjoying a quiet date night in the oceanfront city of Margate when Goldberg reportedly asked for a photo.
After being turned down, Goldberg became emotional and can be heard yelling at Kylie that she nor her husband "will never be allowed in this town again," to which the mom of three responded, "I can smell the alcohol on your breath; you're embarrassing yourself!"
Clearly, she was right about at least one of those accusations.
