Wynonna Earp: Vengeance Reunion Special Sets Release Date — And It’s Soon!

A frightful phone call and a deadly threat lures Peacemaker’s wielder back to Purgatory in the full trailer for Wynonna Earp: Vengeance, the 90-minute reunion special that, we can now report, premieres Friday, Sept. 13 on Tubi.

In Wynonna Earp: Vengeance, penned by series creator Emily Andras and directed by Paolo Barzman, the titular hard-living, demon-slaying anti-heroine (and great-great-granddaughter of legendary lawman Wyatt Earp) must return, once again, to her hometown in order to battle her greatest foe yet: a psychotic villainess hellbent on revenge against Wynonna… and everyone she loves.

In addition to Melanie Scrofano as Wynonna, returning cast from the four-season Syfy series include — but are far from limited to! — Tim Rozon (as Doc Holliday), Dominique Provost-Chalkley (Waverly Earp) and Katherine Barrell (Nicole Haught).

Since the series-ending wedding between Waverly and Nicole, “Doc and Wynonna have been on an adventure, and Waverly and Nicole have been at home in Purgatory, doing their thing,” Andras previously told Vanity Fair. “I think it’s going to be really interesting to see, hopefully, what gets everybody home — maybe facing a challenge they’ve never faced before, something pretty intense.”

As Andras told TVLine at the time of the series’ finale. “There are a million different reasons to bring Wynonna back, to help out her sister.”

Andras executive-produced Vengeance with Jordy Randall, Tom Cox, Peter Emerson, Brett Burlock, Todd Berger and Rick Jacobs.
