Wynonna Judd's Daughter Arrested Again After 'Attempting to Elude' Police
Wynonna Judd's daughter was arrested again, according to new reports.
Just months after her latest run-in with the law back in April, Judd's daughter Grace Kelley was arrested in Carroll County, Ga., last weekend for allegedly attempting to elude police, among other charges.
According to Carrol County Sheriff's Office's public booking records, Kelley, 28, was arrested on Saturday, Aug. 3 on three misdemeanor counts: fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving with a suspended or revoked license and using motorcycle equipment improperly.
She was booked at the Carroll County Jail and was released on a $2,750 bond the following day.
Kelley is the daughter of Judd and her first husband, Arch Kelley III, who the country legend was married to from 1996 to 1998. The former couple also share a 29-year-old son, Elijah.
Just four months before her last legal woe, Kelley was arrested in April for inappropriately exposing herself in public on the side of an Alabama highway.
News outlet WSMV 4 reported at the time that Grace was on the side of the road at a busy highway intersection when she exposed her breasts and lower body. The daughter of the "No One Else On Earth" singer was arrested and charged with indecent exposure, as well as obstructing governmental operations after allegedly refusing to comply with law enforcement officers on the scene.
Nearly a week after the April arrest, local police chief P.K. Johnson revealed that Kelley also faced an additional charge of soliciting prostitution after allegedly holding up a sign that read "Ride for a Ride" while flashing cars that passed by.
Kelley was booked into Elmore County Jail in Alabama after the initial incident on Friday, April. 5, and she wasn't released until over a month and a half later on May 23.
