XG headlines first world tour, includes San Francisco stop
SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — South Korea-based girl group XG is headlining its first world tour, it announced on social media on Thursday. The eight-stop tour includes a show in San Francisco at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium.
The San Francisco stop of “The first HOWL” tour is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 8. It will be XG’s first performance in the Bay Area. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, June 14 at 10 a.m. PT.

The seven-member group is comprised of Japanese singers, but the ensemble was formed in South Korea. XG, which stands for “Xtraordinary Girls,” made its debut in 2022. The group has since accumulated more than 2 million followers on both of its Instagram and YouTube pages.
XG’s biggest hit to date is the 2023 song “Shooting Star,” which has garnered more than 64 million views on YouTube.
Here are the announced eight stops XG will be making in its North American leg of the tour:
Oct. 4: Las Vegas
Oct. 6: Los Angeles
Oct. 8: San Francisco
Oct. 12: Grand Prairie, Texas
Oct. 14: Sugar Land, Texas
Oct. 16: Atlanta
Oct. 18: New York City
Oct. 21: Chicago
