York State Fair 2024: Lainey Wilson, Halestorm, Ted Nugent and others to rock the stage
The York State Fair has been announcing its concert lineup for the summer of 2024 over the past several months.
Country singers, a rapper/actor and a band with local ties will be among the performers on the Bobcat of York Grandstand Stage at the fair, which will run from July 19 through July 28.
It also includes a bull riding event.
Lainey Wilson, who won Entertainer of the Year during the CMA Awards, will be among the artists to perform on the grandstand. The fair recently released an additional 800 tickets because the show was nearly sold out, according to its Facebook page.

Kane Brown to perform at York State Fair
Kane Brown with Dylan Schneider will be performing at 8 p.m. July 19, the opening day of the fair.
Tickets already are on sale for this concert. The prices range from $60 to $75, according to the fair's Facebook page.
Lainey Wilson to take the stage at York State Fair
Lainey Wilson with special guest Colby Acuff will perform at 8 p.m. on July 21, according to the fair's Facebook page. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Nov. 10. Tickets will cost $55 to $70.
Wilson recently won five trophies at the 2023 CMA Awards, including Entertainer of the Year.
King Calaway was listed as the special guest when her concert was announced. Acuff now is the show opener, the fair said recently.
Ludacris with DJ Infamous to perform at York State Fair
Ludacris with DJ Infamous will perform at 8 p.m. Friday, July 26 on the grandstand, according to the fair's Facebook page.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17. Prices range from $33 to $48.
Jon Pardi with Drew Parker to take the stage at the York State Fair
Jon Pardi with Drew Parker will perform on the grandstand at 8 p.m. Monday, July 22, according to the fair's Facebook page.
Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 1 and will cost $40 to $60.
Breaking Benjamin will be on the York State Fair grandstand
The York State Fair announced in a Facebook post that Breaking Benjamin with New Medicine will perform at the fair Saturday, July 20 at 8 p.m.
The band, formed in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, is known for such songs as "The Diary of Jane," "Breath," and "Give Me a Sign."
Halestorm & I Prevail to perform at the York State Fair
Halestorm & I Prevail will perform on the grandstand at 6 p.m. July 27, according to the York State Fair's Facebook page.
Special guests are Hollywood Undead and Fit For A King.
Halestorm is a band with ties to Red Lion, Pa. It will be performing in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States, according to its website.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, March 8.
Ted Nugent to perform on the grandstand at the York State Fair
Rocker Ted Nugent will perform at 8 p.m. July 28 on the grandstand, according to the York State Fair Facebook page.
Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, April 19, according to fair.
Watch Bullride Mania at the York State Fair
The bull riding show will be held at 7 p.m. July 23 on the grandstand, according to the York State Fair's Facebook page.
It will include bronc riding, team roping, barrel racing and bull riding, it states.
Tickets are on sale now. The cost is $10 for children 12 and younger and $20 for adults, it states.
