Young Thug Gets Time Served and 15 Years Probation in YSL RICO Case

Young Thug is going home.
After entering a non-negotiated plea deal Thursday, the Atlanta rapper was sentenced to 40 years: five years in prison commuted to time served, 15 years on probation, as well as a "backloaded” 20-year sentence, which he would only have to serve if he violates probation.
