Your TV To-Do List: Supergirl Sings, Dave Chappelle Returns

With so much to watch on TV, it can be difficult to plan ahead. But we’re here to help! Here are the five shows you won’t want to miss this week.

Supergirl: Monday, March 20 at 8 p.m. on the CW
Strike up the band as the curtain raises on the latest Supergirl/Flash crossover. After tangling with guest star Teri Hatcher, Supergirl crosses paths with Darren Criss’s Music Meister, who drops a beat in this episode, which carries over into Tuesday night’s full-on musical episode of The Flash. Once more with feeling, you two heroes.

Dave Chappelle: Deep in the Heart of Texas and Dave Chappelle: The Age of Spin: Tuesday, March 21 on Netflix
A decade after the abrupt end of his Comedy Central series, Dave Chappelle joins the streaming revolution in a big way, dropping back-to-back specials for eager binge-watchers.

Shots Fired: Wednesday, March 22 at 8 p.m. on Fox
Sanaa Lathan headlines Fox’s limited series, which investigates a racially charged crime in a previously sleepy North Carolina town.

Baskets: Thursday, March 23 at 10 p.m. on FX
No clowning around — Zach Galifianakis’s wonderfully eccentric family comedy ends its second season on a high note.

Planet Earth II: Saturday, March 25 at 9 p.m. on BBC America
The British nature series navigates a more urban jungle in its season finale, looking at the wildlife that inhabits such busy, bustling cities as Mumbai, Rome, and New York (peregrine falcons, not rats). Stick around for the equally fascinating “Making of Planet Earth II” hour that follows.
