Zo? Salda?a Favors Botanical-inspired Lace in Dior for the ‘Emilia Pérez’ Mill Valley Film Festival Premiere
Zo? Salda?a opted for an ornately designed black top and skirt for the Mill Valley Film Festival red carpet premiere of “Emilia Pérez” on Friday. The actress attended the latest event in San Rafael, Calif., as part of her press tour for the film.
For the occasion, Salda?a wore a selection from Dior’s cruise 2025 collection. The look featured a coordinated black lace top and skirt with botanical inspiration, intricate design and statement shoulders. The actress also wore a Dior belt and necklace.

Salda?a maintained the all-black color motif going with black pointed-toe strappy pumps for the red carpet event. As for her glam, the actress pulled her hair back into a flowing ponytail and favored clean makeup with bold brows and a soft lip.
Salda?a’s Dior look debuted on the runway in June during the French luxury fashion house’s cruise 2025 show at Drummond Castle in Scotland. The collection, designed by Dior’s creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri, was partially inspired by Clare Hunter’s book, “Embroidering Her Truth: Mary Queen of Scots and the Language of Power.” Chiuri joined Dior in 2016.
“Chiuri channeled her own fascination into a handsome, wearable collection that was made from hard and soft elements, fit for warriors and regal ladies alike,” WWD’s Samantha Conti wrote in her review of the collection.
“Minidresses had stiff sculptural skirts nodding to suits of armor, while sparkling knits dotted with sparkles resembled chain mail. The Elizabethan puff sleeves on sheer tops were the ultimate in power shoulders,” Conti wrote. Other notable celebrities who’ve worn selections from the collection include Natalie Portman.
“Emilia Pérez” stars Salda?a, Selena Gomez and Karla Sofía Gascón. The film follows a lawyer named Rita (Salda?a) who accepts an offer to help a cartel boss (Gascón) disappear. The film hits Netflix Nov. 13.
