ZZ Top to perform at Black Oak Amphitheater on Oct. 6. Here's when tickets go on sale
The rock band known as "That Little Ol' Band from Texas" is making its way to the Ozarks this fall.
ZZ Top is performing at the Black Oak Amphitheater in Lampe on Sunday, Oct. 6, as part of the band's "The Elevation Tour." Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday on the Black Oak Amphitheater website.
Known for singles like "La Grange," "Sharp Dressed Man" and "Gimme All Your Lovin'," ZZ Top is celebrating its 55th anniversary this year. The blues-infused rock band was founded by vocalist and guitarist Billy Gibbons, drummer Frank Beard, and vocalist and bassist Dusty Hill in Houston, Texas.
Hill died in 2021 at the age of 72. Today, longtime ZZ Top guitar tech Elwood Francis plays the bass.
