Summer is finally here, and that means one thing: s’mores. There are so many variations of s’mores lately; the new s’mores Oreo flavor, the s’mores skillet and the s’mores frappuccino. Yahoo even called s’mores the flavor of 2015.

So why not honor the year of the s’mores by trying out some even crazier inventions? We decided to ditch the graham crackers and replace them with cookies, Ritz crackers and cupcakes. 10 out of 10 would recommend the s’mores donut.

Cupcake S'more
Prep Time: 1 minute
Cook Time: 1 minute
Total Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cupcake
1 big marshmallow
Directions:
Roast marshmallow over the stove or broil in the oven until golden.
Separate the cupcake into the top half and bottom half.
Sandwich marshmallow between the two cupcake halves, make sure the frosting side is on the inside of the sandwich.

1 chocolate bar
1 bag marshmallows
Directions:
Roast marshmallow over the stove or broil in the oven until golden.

Speculoos Cookie S'more

Cook Time: 1 minute
Total Time: 2 minutes
Servings: You’re going to want to make a lot of these
Ingredients:
1 package Speculoos cookies
1 jar cocoa cookie butter
1 bag marshmallows
Directions:
Roast marshmallow over the stove or broil in the oven until golden.
Spread a thin layer of cookie butter on the cookies.
Sandwich marshmallow between two Speculoos cookies.
