The full article, which hits stands Oct. 20, describes the “cultural shifts” occurring in today’s fresh-to-the-scene restaurants. “There is something of a New Food Order emerging,” writes Ted Allen, the host of Food Network’s CHOPPED and a contributing editor at Esquire. “[The] rules, like the complexion of the country itself, are changing.”
