Come one, come all — we’ve snagged a sneak peek at Esquire list of 2015′s best new restaurants in America, and you might want to make a few reservations pronto.

The full article, which hits stands Oct. 20, describes the “cultural shifts” occurring in today’s fresh-to-the-scene restaurants. “There is something of a New Food Order emerging,” writes Ted Allen, the host of Food Network’s CHOPPED and a contributing editor at Esquire. “[The] rules, like the complexion of the country itself, are changing.”

In accordance, Esquire’s list includes representation from a mishmash of cuisines and cultures — Israeli, Mexican, New England, Southern, and Japanese, to name a few. If the way Americans are eating is changing, our palates are certainly the better for it.
